She began as a Patient Care Coordinator and quickly expanded into treatment planning, marketing, and revenue cycle management — eventually leading RCM for a DSO before stepping into the role of dental business coach. That blend of clinical, administrative, and executive experience gives her a 360° perspective on practice challenges — and a real-world toolkit for solving them.
